SCAPEGOATING A SUPERINTENDENTS WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE IS RIDICULOUS!!!

To NPN School Board: The state of Virginia in particular and the Nation in general we know that, “Firing a superintend because a parent allowed her six-year-old to leave home with a gun in his backpack, and school personnel not find it, is RIDICULOUS! 

Is the superintendent and the school supposed to check the backpack of every 1st grader entering the school without cause? If any of you so call Authority figures ask yourself, “How would I handle a 1st grader entering school under normal conditions, ‘ would I have to search all of them for no reason? The child goes from his parent to his teacher. The first two (2) people to interact with the child on a personal level, both fail the Adult Test.

The parent should have checked her child, and the teacher should have react as soon as she discovered the gun. By not doing so, she endangered herself and her students. And for this, A Superintendent loses his job (NPN School Board-BYE). You appear as ineffective, with no backbone, as Kevin McCarthy, no principles and commonsense, poor judgment and a totally lack of  integrity, (in this case) as Kevin McCarthy; The new majority speaker of the House.

Parent Accountability

If That’s your solution for solving Gun Violence in our school, each of you should turn your mirrors to the wall, And Resign. Then Mayors, Governors and The POTUS should all be fired or impeached! For the amount of Gun Violence in our schools, cities, state and nation.

No wonder Children are so confused with conflict resolution, because as adults who is supposed to mirror, common sense, logic, principles and integrity; exhibited none of those qualities in dealing with the issue of the six-year-old with a gun. And, you have the audacity to feel justified, in firing an innocent superintend who served your school district effectively for five years); for something he had no control over. 

In My Personal Opinion, “that’s one of the dumbest things I’ve encountered, from professionals Charged with executing, fair, Just and logical solutions under their authority. It was a race-base decision, based on pressure from a higher authority, if you ask me. To all Virginians, “if blatant injustice rub-you the wrong-way, let NPN School Board know how you feel.â€

Speaking of, ‘The Speaker of the House,’ and our Debt Ceiling under discussion now,  â€œ to Hakeem Jeffries, minority leader,†we do not wish to see you sacrifice any social programs for Kevin McCarthy to appear he has some background at our expense. We haven’t forgotten, “Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi allowed DACA to be taken off the table under Donald Trump,†for nothing in return. So Democrats, don’t sell us out. Social medias don’t hold back on your opinions now, it’s time to use your voice.

#45Taxes and Mueller Report

Grandmothers, mothers and women (GMW) The Trump Administration has become such a disruptive force to our country, until it’s imperative that Congress and the Senate become bipartisan and let the American Taxpayers have the peace and comfort of knowing what’s in #45 Taxes.

His Sister, Maryanne Trump-Barry, a federal appeals judge, resign amid ethics inquiry, of possible dubious tax and rental fraud. We need transparency, or you don’t need to be in those seats.

Congress and the Senate should also see a non-redacted  Mueller Report; after which we should see everything that’s not detrimental to our country security. We have been bombarded daily with #45 shenanigans since he joined the campaign trail, and it has continued through his presidency’s term so far. We as Taxpayers has a right to see those conclusion, if not our House and Senate, can no longer function; going forward, we need to relieve them of their lack of performance by voting them out.

We were also looking for Bipartisan Leadership between the (2) two houses working together to help #45 bring order an continuity back to the Oval Office. But, they’re becoming just as disruptive as #45.

GMW it’s beginning to look like most of the 535 members of Congress (435 representative and 100 senators), will need to be replaced if they can’t come together for the betterment of our country. The bickering and pettiness continues at our expense. If we the people allow this behavior to continue, we’re just as guilty or looks as bad as they do. We need to step our game up and be our children’s role models. We must do a better job, our children are watching us.

Speaking of our children; our children of color in London, is experiencing an uprise in knives death. London’s Police Department was reduced by about 3000 thousands, and 30 youth centers were closed in the past 8 years.and in Britain its White on White crime. The driving force for the increase violence is : Gangs, drugs , peer pressure and a lack of after school and recreational facilities as options for standing on street corners

Our Children-Their Futures Are On The Line

To quote Jonathan Freedland of the Opinion: While we’re looking the other way, Trump has changed and is changing America for decades to come, and not for the betterment of most Americans.

If President Obama had not been so effective, in trying to make things better for Americans, #45 would not have accomplish anything on his own. President Obama and Senator John McCain, validated him, giving him value to talk about.

GMW, we don’t want or need another man as Commander in Chief in the Oval Office, black or white.

The GOP really need diversity, women and color; maybe then, they (the GOP) will be able to come up with a campaign platform, more people will want to vote for. Then they can stopall the trickery, of trying force people to either vote for them, or not be able to vote at all.

We have the Governor of Virginia,  possibly in Black Face or a KKK hood. We have a POTUS  hugging  the KKK and a picture his parents with KKK emblems. We all have a past …Can we move forward and forgive-what is their character tellingA group of people in white hoods and suits us about them today?

If we don’t come to terms with our past, none of us is going to be able to serve  our country in any capacity, from the  Oval Office to a Television Master of Ceremonies; even to serve in the military.

Grandmothers, mothers and women (gmw) of Virginia in particular and America in general , have you wondered if there’s outside collusion driving the turmoil in our Governor’s Office, over racist photos, or the chaos in Washington, Isn’t it strange how this confusion  is taking place in our highest offices of leadership. Do you wonder what other countries are smiling, at the anarchy brewing in America, and what country could take credit for our dysfunction.

The Ralph Northam, pediatrician I met and help get elected to the Senate, is not a racist,  when he came to my church while on the campaign trail, he was  recognized  as a doctor who had touched the lives of so ‘many parents as their children’s pediatrician, who bought sunlight into their children  lives, that day the man in the  Racist Photo did not exist.A group of people with their hands together.

Democrats, GOP, Independence and Liberals,  we need to re-evaluate  our shot list of differences, and focus on the long list of things we have in common.  We are allowing ourselves to be divided.Image result for american flag

OUR FOCUS


Our focus is now on what we’re going to do to have a seat at those Governing Tables

GMW, the issues consuming the powers from the highest offices of the land,  has almost lost their way and ability to lead. We all know a (2 ) two year olds’ mentality is in the Oval Office and,  now  being allowed to bully the leaders of the house and senate, plus their members. It’s very sad to see so many people, who went to Washington to serve with integrity, now selling  their souls for so little.

Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell has proven, they are incapable of making sure the person in the Oval Office don’t totally destroy what our country stands for at home and abroad. Lindsay Graham has become an embarrassment. I once had respect for him but,  how can we respect someone who has such low regard for his principles, values and his word. Decency, morals, and ethics has left the building, all qualities that must be in place, to prevent evil from triumphing.   

Grandmothers, mothers and women, We are going to prepare for the election of  2018 with our power. Our focus is now on what we’re going to do to have a seat at those Governing Tables, which has a major impacts on us, our families, communities, cities and states; while making those tables looks like the rainbow our country is. We would love to get back to Bipartisan Leadership; but the GOP is falling apart daily. Both branches are busy backpedaling trying to compensate for the antics of a two year mentality. 

Our efforts are going to be stating issues in Urban, Rural and Suburban environments that we want addressed. We vote, shop, give birth our of love and server God for guidance and direction more than any other gender. 

City Hall has a part to play and it’s called politics; we are going to determine the rules for City Hall and combine it with love and our God. We will achieve it with dignity, ethics, values, integrity, empathy and discernment; qualities essential for leadership.

Sexual Assaults of 2017


The Alabama Election:

America: The election in Alabama in the next 12 or 15 days with Mr. Moore as candidate, should be a lost seat for the GOP based on morals. If the Democratic don’t win this seat, they only have themselves to blame. Instead of rallying their base, they are busy trying to persuade the Republicans  to use their principles and values, to help them win the election. When what they  need, is to rally their own base, like other parties do.

GMW: Men occupy the majority of the powerful positions in the private and political area across the country.  They have been abusing that power over women and people with less influence for years.  Anita Hill, vs. Clarence Thomas is a perfect example, of why people who have been victimize, remained quiet. Being appalled by sexual misconduct in the work place is not a party issue, it’s a moral issue and simply unacceptable behavior. Washington has make it a party issue,  when it’s simply, men with no respect for those who works for, and under them.

Donald Trump and John Conyers are two (2)  of the highest ranking persons in office for each party and It’s apparent,  neither of them has used good judgment, integrity, values, honesty and principle in relating to those who work with and under them. The Private Sector’s examples of dealing with those who cross the lines of propriety in the work place is admired and appreciated.

The wins the Democrat had in the last election was because their base came out. Which was 91 percent women of color and 81 percent men of color in Virginia. but, across the country, we saw the results of what can happen when you value your base.

GMW the men whom we have elected to represent us, our families , communities, cities and states have violated that trust intolerably. Until we have Bipartisan  Leadership and Equal Representation of all Ethnic Groups (the rainbow) in America at the table, we will continue to have the violations of human rights, double standards and blatant injustice across our country and the workplace

Grandmothers, Mothers and Women,(gmw) in the upcoming election we must get in positions, which will enable us to correct the damage that’s being perpetrated against us and our families from Capitol Hill and our States Leadership. We will need to put in the work necessary with Bipartisan corporation and input,  in creating Tax Laws that will impact each of us and our families and make sure every American has access to affordable Healthcare.

Prison Reform: Juvenile Justice

Children are five times more likely to be sexually assaulted in adult prisons than in juvenile facilities and face increased risk of suicide.

Children In Adult Jails:  Treating young offenders like grown-ups makes little sense.  

GMW: While our leaders in Washington are putting on a Circus for the world at ours and our children’s expense, we have some pressing issues that must be address in 2018 before November 6th.

  1. The 1st issue of importance is Prison Reforms: Children in adult jails
  2. The 2nd is Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program
  3. Right to Health Careorg
  4. Guns, Drugs, and Suicide: Death in America – CounterPunch

We will start with Prison Reform: Looking at 2 cases for example. 15 years old Nicholas Blount, tried as an adult; pleaded innocent went to trial. 16 years old, Kiaun R. Bray, tried as an adult and plea bargained.

GMW its time we put a price tag on our Dollars and Votes in 2018, for the sake of our children. If candidates wants our votes, they have to address our issues. We would like to coalition  with the Equal Justice Initiative (EJI) and The Children’s Defense Fund; organizations doing exceptional  work in prison Reform.

People of color we must become more proactive in making sure we’re in Jury selection Pools, I think the jurors should reflect the landscape.  I’m a little tired of seeing all white faces dispensing justice and everyone else in the courtroom receiving the results, is of color.

According to the Wall Street Journal  a few years ago. The House Judiciary Committee introduced five bills in a bipartisan effort to reform America’s criminal-justice system.  With incarceration rates in the U.S. five to 10 times higher than in Western Europe and other democracies, the bills aim was to provide sensible reforms such as rewriting mandatory-sentencing statutes. Yet none directly addresses plea bargaining, a practice that induces too many defendants to plead guilty to avoid what has come to be known as the trial penalty.

The practice of charging young people as adults gained momentum in America in the 1990s, as youth crime spiked and adults attention was weaning from their children to social media.

Consider the case of Nicholas Blount, who was 15 when he robbed a party with (2) 18 year old gang members.  His older accomplice plea bargained and got much lighter sentence of 10 to 13 years.

Blount felt he was innocent of some charges, and opted for trial hoping for justice. He got 6 life sentences plus 118 years.

Travion Blount was  serving one of the harshest punishments delivered to any American teenager for a crime not involving murder. Governor McDonnell  shortened his time to 40 years before he left office;  and thank God Terry McAuliffe, pardon him before leaving office.

Now look at the case of Kjaun Rahmein Bray. He was 16 August, 2000 when the offense occurred, his accomplish was a 16 year old male, who testified against him and has been out of prison for several years. they both plea bargained and were tried as Adults.

Mr. Bray was convicted upon his Plea of Guilty to Malicious Wounding, two counts of abduction, Carjacking, Use of Firearm in the Commission of  Felony and two counts of Robbery and sentenced to terms totaling, 28 years and 7 months, on March 16, 2001.

Mr. Bray, still has 8 years to serve. I just finish reading his response to the question brought to him of: “What do you think men in my position need if they were to be released from prison, not just from us who are incarcerated but for the ones who are also re-entering back into society.’

Mr. Bray Titled his response: CHANGE THE MIND CHANGE THE MAN. My blueprint for a positive transition into society. It was a fantastic read. I’m going to try and get it published on his behalf.

We are not suggesting juveniles are not punish for their crimes, they are not adults. We haven’t finish raising them, and they are incapable of making adult decisions and should not be tried as adults.

15-year-old to be tried as adult in shooting of Portsmouth police officer:

GMW: When I heard this story on November 6 ,2017, my heart and prayers went out for the injured officer. Then I heard of the young man who shot her. I was appalled that a 15 year old child had a gun and shot a police officer. I then wondered: Who is this child. The following is what I found.

When Patterson first appeared in court after his arrest, he cried as a judge explained the severity of the charges against him. With his hands and feet shackled, he used his shoulder to wipe away tears. He wore jeans and a T-shirt, his hands and feet shackled. His mother and his legal guardian – an aunt – stood beside him.

The 15-year-old stood before a judge, crying as she explained the severity of the charges against him.

All we know about Will Patterson is that he’s a black young male, that was able to have gun instead of a book ,and shot a police officer who was trying to arrest him for being out of school. A tenth grader who has been a truant and is an admitted member of the 300 hundred gang. He is now going before a judge To Be sentenced as an adult.

Patterson, a 10th-grader at I.C. Norcom High School who has been truant, is an admitted member of the 300 gang, according to a summary of the case read in court.

I’m not condoning his crime, I’m only asking, ‘was this child ever in an environment that was conducive to his development. Was he ever treated as a child… loved, nurtured and cared for. So many of our juvenile delinquents are being tried as adults and their lives are over before they got started. These children did not give birth to themselves; there are adults somewhere, who dropped the ball.

When mass murderers commits heinous crimes, like the Vegas Shooter, or even Pit Bulls, they get analyzed. Their pedigree is checked,  just to try and understand what brought them to the end results, but for young men like William Patterson Jr., there no concern…   Only-15-year-old to be tried as adult in shooting of Portsmouth police officer:

Grandmothers we are losing too many of our men to the streets; It’s really takes a village to raise a child. They all belong to us. If we don’t try to save them, who will. We brought them into the world, was given stewardship over them by God,  I think we have all fallen short.

WHY ARE OUR BABIES KILLING THEMSELVES


Why Are Our Kids Killing Themselves?GMW: We’re so preoccupied with politics and what our out of control politicians are doing, until it appears we have lost track of what’s important. Right and wrong left a long time ago, it seems.

Our children must really feel lost. Their daily observation of us, as adults and all major media outlets showcasing our lack of morals, values, principals and of being able to determine right from wrong.

GMW we have set back for years, allowing our men to bring us and our children to this low point. The problems our children face must be solved by parents, schools, community and City Hall.  Can you visualize how our children would feel,  if they were enjoying just half of the attention that has been devoted to politics in past almost 365 days; they would have more reasons to live.

GMW I’m confident, we are about to come to the table and start righting some wrongs. This 10 year old girl killed herself November 30, and a 13 year old girl killed herself December 4, 2017. They got no National Attention, not news worthy, how sad we have become.  But GMW, in Jesus name we’re going to fix it.

Grandmothers, Mothers and Women (GMW)Let’s give God the glory, for Good Triumphing over evil and giving us a very good reason for being proud of our country and actually seeing there are more good people in this country than appalling.

GMW going forward, we must reach out to our sisters, who compromised their morals and values for the means justify the end theory. Grandmothers, mothers and women Bipartisan Leadership is the top of our agenda going forward. But, those GOP Leaders who sold their souls, including Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan needs to be replaced. As heads of the house and senate, their leadership is null and void.

The GOP’s constant reminder to us, That the majority of American People made #45 President. Well let’s look at the numbers of the 2016 Presidential Election:

#45 got 304 electoral votes and Clinton got 227, #45 won the election by 77 votes. He did not win the popular vote which was: Clinton, (48.2) 65,844,954 for #45 (46.1%) 62,979,879 a difference of 2.9 million votes; according to revised and certified final election results from all 50 states and the District of Columbia.  In essence the Electoral College made him #45 with 304 votes.

1791 2nd Amendment Musket Gun of choice


GMW, The 2nd amendments  to the United States Constitution protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms was adopted on December 15, 1791, as part of the first ten amendments contained in the Bill of rights. The weapons of 1791. A rifle sitting on top of an american flag.

It’s states A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

For our politicians, who are in the pockets of the NRA, we’ll leave them there, but we are going to get them out of Washington. For every GMW who’s sick and tired of the gun violence, do something about it. Use the power of your Vote and Dollars November 6, 2018.

GMW, we are not helpless nor powerless,  some of us might be spineless but, we have each other’s backs, and we all have access to the same power: Our God, Our Love, Our Dollars and Our Vote.

GMW isn’t it sort of strange, we have not seen or heard, or I haven’t  heard our President acting as leader of our country addressing the tragedy In Florida. It appears he’s just happy the media is not focusing on his new Breaking News Story.

Ladies, this year we’re going to make the country duplicate what happened in Va. in 2017. All 435 members of the House and 33 of the 100 in the senate is up for election in 2018.

We have an opportunity to send 468  New Politicians to Washington, who will do what we want. We need gun and prison reforms. We have more guns in our streets and people in prison than any other country in the world. We can make a difference!!!

We are going to get commonsense guns laws. Our men in the House can no longer legislate  without us and The Senate can’t serves as a “check and balance”. or ratifies treaties, tries impeachments, and elects the vice presidents when necessary.

They can no longer be at the tables without us, who knows how to be bipartisan with principles, integrity, decency, and values.

 

The sleeping giants are awake and standing. Our power is going to be speaking for us from now on, if we’re serious about change.
