We need a Congress that will work together, to codify Roe v Wade. And a Senate that’s ready to pass the George Floyd Justice In Policing Act. It passed the House 3/3/2021.  
It limits qualified immunity. Law enforcement need to be held Accountable for the senseless killing of black men and women. There are too many guns in the hands of American; For no knock policy to Exist any longer.

Also, in our communities where gun violence is out of control, we must take more responsibility for the fact that our children can obtain a weapon faster than they can find fresh fruits and vegetables. These are our sons and daughters, if, we don’t save and protect them, who will!

Next we want the John Lewis Voting Rights Act passed into law. It passed the House 8/24/2021, with 223 votes and died in  the Senate with 48.  The bill establishes new criteria for determining which states and Political subdivisions must obtain preclearance before changes to voting practices may take effect.

Washington should also be given Statehood, taxation without representation should be Unconstitutional and it’s definitely not Democratic for the residents of Washington. I the Washington, DC Admission Act. If passed by the Senate and signed into law by the president, it would give voters in our nation’s capital the ability to participate fully in our democracy by admitting “Washington, Douglass Commonwealth,†as the 51st state.

America: We all know this country has a, “Mean streak,†Starting with (Slavery). America is made-up of families, and each of us is attached to a family, that has someone in it with a mean streak, heck! “it could be you.â€

All Common sense Americans (Candace Owens, included) knows  the police is as vital to our safety, in our Neighborhoods, cities and states;as our military is for our country and the world. all of us, also knows the violence perpetrated on people of color by the police in most cases, is totally unnecessary, brutal, and racist, George Floyd’s Murder, televised in living color, proves that point.

The GOP is implying ,â€the Democrats wants to defund the police, and Democrats are saying,†The GOP tried to kill the police on January 6th, in living color, also televised,†with our former President, as the ring leader. We can easily fine enough blame for each side, to be found totally guilty in our court of public opinion,  and some by our judicial system.

This Is Who We Are: Good, Bad and Ugly

All Sensible, discerning, understanding with integrity-Americans  knows, “Jim Crow laws can never exist again,† because our children would have to repeat our mistakes of systemic racism. So many of our  children are too racially interconnected to tolerate Jim Crow. Because, one parent is white and the other is black; you can’t change or legislate that. All Daca-children needs their citizenship.

Our children do not manufacture or the sell guns, that’s wrecking havoc in our communities, at alarming rates lately; it seems to have nefarious backing; Either the communities of color has lost their mind, or police departments are trying to prove they are valid and necessary. I think both sides needs to have a cup of, face to face with honesty, themselves, and each other. Also, both major political party, should have a drink from that same cup, and give Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema a sip, or maybe they need their own cup!! For the party divisiveness They have been practicing lately.

Please excuse this expression America, but, “ I think it’s a damn shame,†That in the 21st-century, with slavery as our unrefuted foundation and all the things we have gone though together as a country,( Wars, terrorist attacks, domestic and foreign), we’re still fighting for racial equality; voting rights, Equal Justice, justifiable statehood, Upholding the integrity of our constitution and maintaining our democracy.

COVID-19 shut down America and the world; while putting a spotlight on police brutality in America. The world watched as ‘three white police officers kill George Floyd, in-cold-blood-in-living-color. Did you know 6 people were killed by the police 24 hours after Derek Chauvin convection. 

George Floyd, was the sacrificial lamb. His Cross was under the knees of three (3) police officers for 9 minutes-20 seconds (9:20). But, ‘thanks to God,’ he did not die in vain.

It appeared as if they wanted to see how many they could kill before, “Qualified immunity,†would no long protect them; if the George Floyd Justice reform Act becomes law by the Senate, the House has passed, The George Floyd Justice In Policing Act.

Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema are holding American democracy hostage. They are not behaving as member of a Democratic Senate, with a narrow majority, Who has inherited a desk full of bills, that America can benefit from, but they have been languishing on Mitch McConnell‘s desk with no hope of passage. There are, white supremacists on both sides of the isles.

For Virginia’s General Assembly, and Governor Ralph Northam, You added insult to injury, by raising the minimum wage from $7.25 since 2009 to 9.50 in 2021. Can any of you live on that, plus raise a family. That is still at poverty Level and, not how you build an economy.

Grandmothers, Mothers and Women (Gmw), The Swamp Exposure and Covid-19 has had, and is having an Unforgettable affect-effect on America and the world that none of us will soon forget. Dealing with the consequences of both, is a daunting task. But, President Joe Biden, has accepted the Challenge, and GMW of America, we are going to be the wind beneath his wings.

Justice Reform Is Needed Now

The U.S. Supreme Court created qualified immunity protections about 50 years ago, and it has been used in recent years to block thousands of lawsuits seeking to hold police accountable in cases where they are accused of excessive force, according to a Reuters investigation.

FACT SHEET:  George Floyd Justice in Policing Act is  the first-ever bold comprehensive approach to hold police accountable, end racial profiling, change the culture of law enforcement, empower our communities, and build trust between law enforcement and our communities by addressing systemic racism and bias to help save lives.

Grandmothers mothers and women (GMW), we are sick of seeing the people we gave birth to, being Killed in mass shootings and senseless gun violence; with politicians offering up prayers for the families, trying to sound as if they Care. Every President uses his Executive power to try and stem the tide of gun violence, but, gun violence is an issue for Congress, they need to legislate a bill into law, so the president can sign it; then we can have some sensible gun reform.

White supremacy-domestic terrorists, exist within both Democrat and Republicans party; both sides needs to be put on notice, it will no longer be tolerated, the spotlight is on them now.

Americas History: good-bad-ugly needs to be taught in all of our schools, “as curriculum,†Black history is a part of that curriculum. All parents need to become familiar with it. Knowledge brings understanding, understanding brings fellowship,Fellow shipping brings peace. If America doesn’t get hatred bigotryi and prejudice under control, we are all going to self-destruct.
